Steven Chmura

I'm a lifelong adventurer with a deep passion for the great outdoors. Living on a sailboat and working at JFL hospital here in St Croix, I found my home. My diverse career includes owning several successful businesses on the mainland and serving as a medevac, critical care, and emergency medicine nurse in remote Alaska for over 15 years. Now, I'm excited to channel my love for nature and community by co-founding RePlastic Recycle. I'm committed to making a lasting impact to improve the health and well-being of our planet.

Amy Bowler 

Growing up in the natural wonders of Alaska and Texas, I've always had a passion for the ocean and the great outdoors. At an early age I realized the devastating impact of waste on our Earth. After dedicating 28 years to nursing in Critical Care and Emergency Rooms across multiple states, I’ve refocused my life on recycling and teaching, both young and old, that action can make a significant impact. Driven by my love for the ocean, I co-founded RePlastic Recycle to extend my passion for giving back to people, and the environment around us.

Lacy Geddie

Born with an insatiable wanderlust, my travels have always been accompanied by a deep-rooted respect for Mother Earth and her oceans. Throughout my journeys, I've been struck by the world's urgent need for effective trash disposal and recycling. 

I have seen, firsthand, devastating scenes of plastic waste in the oceans and on land around the world. I always aim to live sustainably, in harmony with my core values. I co-founded RePlastic Recycle with my parents Amy and Steve, to combine my passion to empower women, as business owners, and to be a fierce advocate for our planet. I'm thrilled to encourage others to join us in our mission for responsible recycling and environmental awareness.

Jason May

I grew up in a midwestern family heavily involved in the plastics manufacturing industry. I often joked that I didn't know how to flip a burger but put me in front of an injection or extrusion molding machine and I was in my happy place. I spent over 30 years working my way up the plastic industry ranks from press operator to senior plant management, and everything else in between. I am an RJG certified Master Molder who specializes in project and plant management in the automotive, medical, aerospace, and other plastics manufacturing markets. In 2018 my wife and I moved to the USVI to slow down a bit and be closer to my mother, who had lived here since the early 90s. I am excited and honored to be involved in such an impactful venture.
