PRESIDENT
Steven Chmura
I'm a lifelong adventurer with a deep passion for the great outdoors. After living on a sailboat and working at JFL hospital here in St Croix, I found a home. My diverse career includes owning several successful businesses on the mainland and serving as a medevac, critical care, and emergency medicine nurse in remote Alaska for over 15 years. Now, I'm excited to channel my love for nature and community by co-founding RePlastic Recycle,. I'm committed to making a lasting impact to our world and the global community through sustainable practices.

Amy Bowler
Growing up between the natural wonders of Alaska and Texas, I've always had a love for the ocean and the great outdoors. From an early age, I understood the devastating impact of waste on our Earth. After dedicating 28 years to nursing in Critical Care and Emergency Rooms across multiple states, I’ve focused my life on recycling and teaching, both young and old, that action can make a significant impact. Driven by my love for the ocean, I co-founded RePlastic Recycle to extend my passion for giving back to the environment and the people around us.

Lacy Geddie
Born with an insatiable wanderlust, my travels have always been accompanied by a deep-rooted respect for Mother Earth and her oceans. Throughout my journeys, I've been struck by the world's urgent need for effective trash disposal and recycling. What many consider single-use plastics, I see as a valuable resource, too precious for landfills or our beautiful beaches. I've always aimed to live sustainably, in harmony with my core values. As the Networking, Marketing, and Outreach Coordinator for RePlastic Recycle, which I co-founded with my parents Amy and Steve, I combine my passion for making a difference with my business role. I'm thrilled to encourage others to join us in our mission for responsible recycling and environmental awareness.
We are thrilled to be working with community and conservancy groups, as well as businesses, to support local and regional economics, global health and environmental projects.
